PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWIING CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING! 

    1.  Custom work will not begin until a deposit of 50% of estimated cost is paid. Deposit is non-refundable, even with  

          cancellation. Deposit is applied to total price at time of delivery.    

    2. No custom work will be released with a balance due. In the event of an unpaid balance/unclaimed item at the

        projected due date, the item will be held for 30 days, after which the item will be subject to open sale. Proceeds

         of said sale are totally the property of the store and the artist.   

    3 THERE  ARE  NEVER RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM  WORK.

    4.  We require an 8 to 16 week working period. Rush orders are available! Please, NO nagging!

         Rush fees are 10% of the total bill  times each week taken off the projected due date

    5.  Changes/additions to an order will be added on a separate contract if/as they affect the due date.

    6.  Costs are figured at last known market prices. Changes will show on the final bill.

    7.  We will call or email for approval on additional costs of MORE than $50.00
