Due
to some confusion among our clients, we feel the need pre-answer some questions.
1.
No deliveries will be made during the months of July and August, deliveries due in September and October may be
delayed. Rarely, special exceptions are
made but we are doing shows, out of state, at that time.
2.
Checks are
accepted for deposits but only money orders or credit cards (cash if picked up
in person) for final payments! Checks are to big a risk for us and/or to long a
delay in shipping (app. three weeks) for you!
3.
Be sure to be
accurate when taking measurements or footprints. It is what we have to work
with. If the product complies with those
numbers, we have no liability for rework or alterations. If in doubt, please talk to us! Clarification is much easier than repair!
4.
Never FAX footprints
for any reason! It radically changes the size and shape!
5.
Never ship us
items for repair, consignment or alteration without preauthorization!
We
will not be liable for return handling or postage. Yes, for a fee we will
resole our
own
product. Please wash them before
sending!
6.
We are not at all
bothered by legitimate questions (of all kinds!), they are essential - "help-me" notes, planning or
design discussions are a must!
However, "are we there yet" nagging
costs us production time and costs you delivery delays. We have an
average of thirty orders on line at any time. Tho the contract says
8 - 16 weeks
working time, we will normally deliver early. Please have sympathy, do not call/email "just to check" before
the due date! We understand you are anxious!
7.
All items are
done on a first come, first serve bases. If you need/want it early,
please use the
"rush" system - it costs extra - otherwise, please be patient!
8.
We reserve the right to refuse any contract or deposits if we feel the
situation
will be
unsatisfactory for the producers or the customer.
